NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a countywide ballot referendum will be held in Leon County, Florida, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in conjunction with the general election. The following ballot question, placed on the ballot by the Leon County Board of County Commissioners by Ordinance No. 26-12, will appear on the ballot for consideration by the qualified electors of Leon County:

AFFIRMATION OF COUNTY’S COMMITMENT TO HISTORICALLY UNDERSERVED AND VULNERABLE POPULATIONS

"Shall the Home Rule Charter of Leon County, Florida, be amended to provide for a periodic Community Impact Assessment process, public reporting, and Board of County Commissioners’ review and consideration regarding adverse community conditions related to the County’s historic laws, policies, and practices?”
